（新春走基层）“中国年糕之乡”浙江慈城产销两旺：“捣”出醇香年味******
中新网宁波1月12日电(林波 刘雨 陈丽萍)过年吃年糕，寓意着年年高。随着春节临近，在素有“中国年糕之乡”美誉的浙江省宁波市江北区慈城镇，年糕迎来了产销旺季。
近日，在慈城年糕产业园，空气中弥漫着年糕刚刚出炉的清香，不少企业正热火朝天地加紧生产，“捣”出醇香年味，满足广大消费者对春节的期许。
经过淘米、磨粉、蒸粉等多道工序，伴随着热腾腾的雾气，雪白的年糕不断地从机器中一根一根冒出来。
企业采购的春节年货。 刘雨供图“这两天我们生产时间超过12个小时，基本上从上午一直生产到半夜，一天使用的大米原料就超过13000斤。”该园区内的一家食品科技有限公司负责人许福军表示，在相关部门的帮助下，企业克服了疫情等不利因素影响，总体呈现向好态势。
据了解，慈城年糕企业原先分布在小镇各地，多为作坊式生产，规模不大，加之疫情影响使得资金一度吃紧，生产效率拉低，发展进程受阻。
为此，江北区相关部门通过培育品牌、建设产业园区、成立产业协会、开展地理标志质押融资等多项举措，不断提升慈城年糕影响力、竞争力，推动年糕产业提档升级。
2018年，江北区大力筹建慈城年糕产业园，组织年糕产业上中下游的33家企业成立了慈城年糕产业协会，并指导协会制定地方标准、行业标准和团体标准，推动产业集聚发展和升级转型。
目前，该园区内已有3家上规模的年糕生产企业，并且每家企业都已实现阳光工厂，最大限度保证消费者舌尖上的安全。
“入驻园区后，我们引入了不少机械化的辅助手段。如今在新技术的帮助下，真空包装的年糕保质期可以达到半年以上。”该园区内一家粮油食品有限公司负责人吕国华表示，通过生产工艺改进，该公司目前高峰期的年糕日产量可以达到10吨，产品主要供应各大商超，也有不少企业采购作为春节年货。
除了传统年糕产品外，慈城年糕生产企业还积极迎合市场需求，推出了艾草年糕、红糖年糕、南瓜年糕等花式新品。
据该园区内的一家食品有限公司负责人纪平介绍，该公司投入数十万元用于产品研发及包装创新，“通过生产特色年糕、销售特色礼包等方式，转变销售思路，拓展销售市场。”
目前，慈城年糕年生产力近万吨，年销售额近亿元，产品畅销海内外，带动了当地农户增收，已经成为江北一张亮丽的金名片。(完)
